There are other properties to think about: whether your laptop has Nvidia Optimus, whether your power settings are set to performance or battery saving when plugged in (if you arent playing with your laptop plugged in then dont expect good performance), whether you have other apps in the background like discord, internet browsers, any other apps that have overlays or inject other stuff onto the screen, etc.
