Nationality changing

Problem details: Hi support! My account was created in the beginning of 2019, while exchange studying in Turkey. I had been there before I came to my motherland(Kazakhstan) in summer 2019. Now I still live here. So, is it possible to change my nationality from Turkish to Kazakh?

Youll see a little flag change button in your account settings on the website if you qualify for it.

Some basic things to keep in mind, is that if you are going back and forth from other countries and playing osu! this can reset the time requirement needed to show that you are living in said country versus turkey, etc.

It will appear when you met the requirements, sadly these requirements are not public knowledge other than
whats in the wiki here: wiki/en/Help_centre/Account#wrong-flag

if you play from the same country (with no vpn) for a decent amount of time (~4 months or longer), the button should appear for you.

I have been living here for 5-6 years now, but unfortunaly I don't have the abilities to change flag in settings.
