If you're referring to the version of the skin currently present in osu!lazer, i.e.
osu! "argon" (2022) (team osu!), then there is no way to do that. These are hardcoded in the game filesthere are probably argon skin remakes in the internet you could find, and you could change it to how you like if you don’t mind the slight differences.eliot FR wrote:

you could also use lazer’s built in skin editor to match the hp bar and other elements that don’t match.
