osu! version: Stable 20240330.2

I restarted osu for update and now I can't open it. When I try launch osu, Osu updater launches then it closes.
There are only 2 files in Logs folder, "osu!auth" and "update_success". This is the update success file:

Can you upload logs from your Logs folder.

Also, after osu updater closes, a file named ".require_update" appears in osu! folder. I guess it supposed to be disappear after game gets updated without any problems. But it appears again after updater closes.

We know of a issue that prevents the game from starting, patch that fixes the issue should be released soon.

Edit: Try it now.

I uninstalled then redownloaded it but still doesn't open, same thing happening again. Current log file and situation is same as above.

Then it would be nice if you could send osu!auth.log as well, update_success.log does not say much.

Actually I uploaded it at the beginning but I thought it contains account token or something like that, so I set the file privacy as private at first, my bad. Now I changed it back to public.

Do you use an antivirus and what operating system are you on? And do you use some modded or stripped down version like Atlas OS? Or did you run scripts that disable some functionality to improve performance?

Currently I'm using Windows 8.1 64bit Single Language (build 9600) due to my computer being low-end and I don't use antivirus. And no I didn't run that kind of scripts never before.

Edit: I installed latest version of Net Framework and that solved the problem. Thanks to you guys for help.
