[Archived] Questions about my account deletion

Problem details:I emailed a request to delete my account, but it still hasn't been processed.

osu! version: Stable 20240123

I sent an email requesting to delete my account, but I got a reply like this.

"If you still want to delete your account then, please contact us on April 27th with the exact phrase I AGREE TO PERMANENTLY DELETE MY ACCOUNT (in all caps)."

If this happens, will it not be deleted until April 27th and do I have to resend the deletion request email on this day?

Right, it means you will have to send an e-mail on this day with that phrase they gave you in all caps. Only then they'll proceed with the request.

If there's a tiny little chance of you coming back in the future, please go for an account lock instead:
