Problem details: So i got this super weird problem that i can't resolve, the thing is that osu uses both gpus at the same time. I have integrated gpu (igpu for short) and a dedicated gpu. The dedicated GPU is Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 and the integrated gpu is from intel.
The problem is that when in main menu (even in game but the usage spikes more) i have 50% igpu usage and in game it spikes to around 70%. The dedicated gpu is hovering around 37% in main menu and while playing mania mode it hovers around 87% the same goes for igpu. The same behavior was in compatibility mode (note that it reduced fps a lot). and the fps is around 650 instead of full or very close to 960 (optimal fps for 144 Hz screen).
It doesn't hapenned when i forcefully switched gpus to the IGPU in settings in the windows (cause for some reason windows doesn't allow me to do that in nvidia control panel) but the igpu was being used only to around 80%. Which is weird since it should use the whole gpu but ok. And yeah i did got around 270 fps. Meanwhile the dedicated gpu is chilling without any usage.

My full system specs can be found here: https://ctrlv.cz/9QpE

I've also tried updating my drivers, restarting my pc but none helped

Video or screenshot showing the problem:
legend is:
-Gpu2: Integrated gpu from intel cpu
-GPU1: dedicated gpu rtx 4050

this is when it is switched to the rtx 4050:

Bruh it's been over a month and nobody responded even the support itself ignored it. They ignored my e-mails aswell.Hopefully downgrading to windows 10 just as i've done now helps.

EDIT1 - 14.5.2024
Unfortunately it didn't :/ . The only thing that boosted my fps was messing with the settings in the control panel that nvidia has.

no program uses the igpu if you've plugged your monitor into your gpu.
especially on intel the igpu is just a back-up, in case your gpu decides to have an untimely demise.
same on amd, but there i can see you losing out on a minimal amount of performance for the apu.

if your igpu is around 80% it means it doesn't need more.

your 4050 will also only use what it needs.

i don't really understand the issue.

The performance gets lower when discord is opened, however i still really don't think that this much fps seems alright especially when it becomes or atleast feels choppy when stream is enabled. And i feel like when having a gtx 1660 equivalent gpu shouldn't give me that low of a performance.
