[Archived] bancho problem

Problem details:
so my bancho keeps disconnecting and connecting so I can't play multiplayer. restarting game or computer doesn't work.


osu! version: Stable 20240123 (latest)

Some help attempts/ideas:
- Check if your internet connection is stable.
- Try restarting your Modem/Router, maybe even your PC.
- Check if your Firewall is interupting the connection. (screenshot)


If neither of the above works: Please post your Log files, so we can identify the problem.

hi, I tried it all, and nothing is working so maybe sending logs will be best. should I send all of them or just some of them? and thanks for the help.

Main log files that are beneficial would be the runtime.log or the network.log.

Make sure you are not playing with a VPN ongoing.

Are you able to access https://c.ppy.sh/ or https://ce.ppy.sh/ in your browser?

Findings for future reference:
Network log problem
The following is showing up a few times, repeating roughly after a minute or so.
