I don't play on phone but I think there is a way to play using both hands, using one hand for aiming and one for clicking (?)

I don't play osu!droid anymore, but assuming you're playing that or lazer (as opposed to osu!stream), just use one hand for aim and the other hand for tapping. Hitting bursts requires you to use 2 fingers, alternating them to to the beat.
