Reason for request:
As a mapper, it has been quite irritating to deal with the current difference in *.osu files because guest mappers who download the mapset without video will have the file without the line under Events that includes the video's filename and video offset. Every time the guest mapper sends an updated *.osu file, it will lack that line and requires the mapset owner to add the line again.
How this could be implemented:
The download with video and without video would include the same *.osu file including the line of code for the video. The download with video would include the video file, while the download without video would exclude the video file. The game program already behaves appropriately by playing without video when the video file is removed, so I think that including that line of code in the *.osu for the "without video" download would help with consistency of files, especially for mappers.
