Hi whatsup
This is a spreadsheet made for managing tournament schedules and refereeing matches, both 1v1 and teams.
Works like most other schedule/referee sheets, do make sure you thoroughly read the Host Intructions before you consider working with this sheet as this is quite experimental and not fit for every type of tournament.
A big thing to note is that 1 protection per player/team is forced - the referee sheet will not be happy if your match doesn't have protects. And it also only supports max 1 protection (more than this would be unusual anyway).
In the future I'll probably make protects togglable and also change the max to 2 like how the bans work, if I can think of an elegant way of doing it that is lol

Required input
- Initial settings (tournament format & stage/mappools formats);
- Mappool data;
- Staff list (referees, streamers, commentators);
- Team/Player list (banner optional, default 8 players max - you can expand this).
- Hide events (useful if you want to list ALL potential matches and hide them afterward);
- Order your schedulelist in whichever way you want, the sheet sorts by date and by stage regardless;
- Additional sorting, allows you to fix an event in a certain stage to the top/bottom;
- Chronological sheet with colors that are in your face;
- Extra status information for easier management (if something is missing, wrong, etc);
- Extract match data (picks, bans, protects) for whatever purpose;
- Template guide, designated range in the template sheet that walks you through the refereeing procedures;
- OWC style export (read bottom of this post).
Backstory
For the seventh entry to OBTT, I've copied the OWC infosheet and recolored it. Super duper lazy as I usually make my own main sheets.
The schedules were going to be handled by one of DIO's backend schedules sheets, but the way the data had to be manipulated to fit the layout of the OWC sheet was so annoying that it pushed me to remake the entire sheet, or just the significant pages of it. After the tournament concluded I finished all the remaining pages too and here I am publishing them.
Qualifiers?
Yeah nah, I have made one for OBTT but it's not been touched ever since the qualifiers round started, and I didn't bother refining it to the standard of all the other pages on this sheet. Poke me if you do really want the backend for it, I'm just not gonna link it here.

ah and lastly, note that the "Scheddules EXPORT" sheet matches OWC's schedules sheet. Please reach out if you have any concerns about this being the same design. I'll gladly remove them (not really, but I'm reasonable). I'll probably just remove the EXPORT page in the template and example sheets - or make a boring template that is easy to manipulate, which it very much already is.
