Problem details:I want to use left click in the game but i cannot bind it

you don't need to bind it..
using your keyboard is a choice..
your mouse buttons are always bound
if you have disabled your mouse buttons ingame on accident, you can undo that by pressing f10

in your settings, make sure the option to disable mouse buttons ingame is unchecked if you want to play with your mouse. it'll let you use your left click when you're playing a beatmap.

you can also simply press F10 to activate or deactivate your mouse clicks ingame.
