I think you may have beatmap skins enabled, which can change the colors of hitcircles. You can disable that behavior from the osu! options under the
○ Ignore beatmap skins setting. If that's not the case, open the skin's folder and find the skin.ini file. Find the [Colours] section and edit the values of the Combo#: R, G, B lines with your desired colors.
