Does anyone now how to HD, DT, HR? Any skills or steps to learn it? Is it just memorizing or something else because I keep seeing people FC PF 5 minutes songs with these mods like v2fax and grape_tea. The best I can do is HD DT but even then can't memorize full blown 5 minute maps and all PF

imo the main difference is the length of the visual cues that you get, so depending on how good you are at reading high scroll speeds would impact this and there probably is some level of memorization in setting 3 mod scores maybe not to the extent of flashlight plays.
tedward is correct, but i'll tell you something even better.
step 1 you use ultra wide resolution
step 2 you use bigger notes for skin
step 3 you sit more to the right of the monitor than usual
