Problem details:
Extremely Low FPS and High MS after not playing for a few months.
Every setting I can search of is already enabled or disabled.
No Vsync, gpu driver already updated, uninstalled and installed the game multiple times.
The latency is averaging at around 100ms and fps goes from 45 max to 10 fps the moment I go to the select song page.
Laptop Specs:
GPU: GTX 1650
CPU: Intel i7-9750H
RAM: 16GB 2667MHz

Changing the fps limit does not change anything,
Enabling or Disabling Compatibility mode does not change anything.
OSU.exe is already set to using the Nvidia GPU instead of the integrated intel One.
