Basically have an option to enable/disable music autoplaying on osu!'s startup. Some might preffer a silent start.
I for one preffer a silent one because I listen to music via player and find myself waiting for osu! to open with my finger on the F4 key.

I like this. I remember opening osu! once without knowing that the speakers were in max level. Jump scare. XD
