I think that no one actually can know, the ranks changed a lot since i started playing and so did it for the other players. But playing for a week won't get you anywhere good anyway so don't worry about it

rank charts are always changing, and there is no correlation between rank and amount of time played. basically, the more hours you play, the better (in terms of rank, performance, etc.) you should be.
if you want to go by "good or bad" just calculate the PP on the BMs you play. the more PP you earn, the higher your rank will be.
