Can't even beat one 3 star literally hardest game in human history, Everything is so fast how people even do this stuff, Seem impossible.
The entry level osu! starter package to play beyond 2* maps is a $2,000 computer with peripherals adding up in total to $5,000. Unless you have nigerian prince money or sell your soul to D. Herbert you're forever gatekept for being poor /spay wrote:

Why are you playing 3* maps when you literally just started this year and likely have little to no coordination to play 3* maps in the first place?pay wrote:

Could y'all just think for a moment and start on the actually easy stuff instead of what you "think" is easy, for once?
Look, I can be sympathetic to new players who are trying the game for the first time and are struggling. But I have zero sympathy for anyone who's essentially jumping over lvls 1-10 to lvl 15 when they have zero idea what the controls are, what the objective of the game is, or any idea about the difficulty curve, and then come to the forums or other players talking about how hard the game is or how unfair it is (this the OP didn't do, in fairness). It's the same as every 2M-ranked player talking about how to do better at 4-5* maps that they can barely play to any level of competency under the belief they're "supposed" to be playing them. Newsflash, you aren't. Stick to 2* or low 3*s.xgamer1013 wrote:

based, this is why sometimes we have to have fun in this game rather than complaining about skills, rusting, etcNanofranne wrote:
Tbh, that's my reaction also when looking at mid 5 digits players above. We have each our own capabilities and that's normal! People will get better with more time playing osu
some of them manage to not have free time and STILL getting addictedBlueChinchompa wrote:
Too much free time and addiction
I spend alot of time playing 4*+(almost fc one in lucky) and i can barely fc 3,5*(that is if i can fc what is rare), but i can at least get a 85% of acc, never have like a big difference at that point you are talking.Voidedosu wrote:

I also have plenty of tolerance for newbies who want to play those maps for fun; I would tend to agree that 3*'s is where maps tend to be more fun as far as note density and skill introduction (bursts, etc.) are concerned. It's the implication in the post that they started with 3* maps as a brand-new player and complaining about how hard they are that gets to me. No shit they're hard. They don't have enough exposure to AR7 or AR8 in-game (and possibly have little comparisons to it in other games, though I have nothing to say that's true or not), much less the experience to play bursts or reach for the bigger/faster jumps, so why is anyone surprised?
Just be a reasonable person, play 1* maps to begin your journey, and work your way up. Play high 2* or 3* map for funsies, by all means, but don't start there with little prior experience.
