i see myself shitmissing sometimes because i aim over something and just dont click. Its not something with my skill since if i retry that same section i easily time and click everything right but it takes me playing a map more than once which i really dont like just because i got some shitmiss or i decided to slighlty deviate from a slider tail and get my combo broken for essentially nothing since id do it perfect if i just didnt get unlucky.

No offense but if your goal is to improve and overcome these things you're first going to have to accept that it isn't "essentially nothing" and that it is your fault.
focus on not doing it - if you fail at it often, it is not easy for you.
if you lose focus or do something else and miss, don't do it. if you often can't help it, you have practice to do.

Same, normally it happens when stuff is barely in the song when sightreading orrr when im bored of the map and not focusing
