Can i get banned for this ?

Can i get banned, because of FC song when a skype notification popped and its lowered the fps to 30 for a while. Does this "30'" make the song harder ? Plz Answer

the lower the fps = the harder you can tap it correctly, especially stream/death stream. I think.

Trust me, the higher the better.
