Hi Excendism!
If you are using osu!stable:
You can create a really long empty canvas - let's say the size of 1094 x 50, and replace it with the file name score-percent.
If you want to move it up or down, you'll have to adjust all of the heights of all the score-numbers by adding a blank canvas above them. This one is a long and messy process so take your time and have lots of trials and errors.
If you're using osu!lazer:
In the skin editor, you can just open it up, booted the gameplay preview and adjust the accuracy freely.
