This is my first 'mod.' I just basically changed some of the things in WWWskin and added doge and stuff. It's not meant to be that good as it was just made for fun after i found that you could change the files and have it still work.

You still need to get permission from the person you stole a bit of the skin from. If not, you'll have to put your skin on your signature/profile.
