Problem details:i want to set custom frame limit in osu and i was looking for a way to acces the osu!.user file for osu! lazer. basically where is the location of that file in osu lazer folder

This file doesn't exist in osu! lazer.

It's recommended that you use 8x Refresh Rate for the best overall performance.
