From my modding queue~
Source, tags and letterbox in break is not consistent throughout all difficulties. Make sure all your tags are the same.
The source should be "Mikakunin de Shinkoukei", case sensitive. You also forgot to add the 'h' in 'Shinkoukei'.
Also, combo 2's colour doesn't look that good to me, try a lighter brown/beige to match the theme of the background. Just my suggestion~
You can copy paste the combo colours throughout the .osu files.
Overall the map appears to be well-mapped. Have fun mapping! Good luck getting this ranked~

00:45:244 (1) - I think you should remove new combo here, it looks a bit out of place to me, even if you added it to match the vocal since the previous combo is already really short (only two notes). Also consider removing combo at 00:43:302 (1) - to make the combo longer, also there doesn't really have to be a combo here since nothing new occurs in the music/vocal. If you do this then I think it's fine to keep 00:45:244 (1) - as NC.
01:17:538 - consider adding a note here, I find that the silence/pause feels a bit awkward. Same here 01:23:538 -
Add a note and test it out a couple of times to see if it sounds any better, if not you can just keep it as it is.
01:28:126 (2) - consider having a new combo here to emphasize the ending of the song. If you're worried about the short combo on 01:27:420 (1) - , you can remove the combo there. It would then become (1)(2)(3)(4)(1).

00:24:420 (4) - perhaps have a different slider shape here. The shape that 00:23:891 (3,4) - makes looks a bit weird to me, maybe because the inside corners are too sharp. To me the vocal here suggests an upward slider movement, so maybe you could curve this slider up. This isn't that significant though, just something that bothers me.
00:26:538 (2) - try curving this upwards. The reason I say this is because the vocal here dips down then back up, and by curving the slider upwards, you can match the vocal. Also more fun when you have curvy sliders:
01:05:008 (5) - this part doesn't feel right, try moving the start back to the white tick at 01:04:832 - . I find that this sounds better, you should test it to confirm. If you insist on keeping it the way it was before, I'd check the hitsounds out on the slider, maybe something doesn't sound right.

00:43:920 (5,6,1) - this part may be unexpected to some people as on the timeline there is more time between (5) and (6), but you physically have more distance between (1) and (6). Have it so the distance between the end of (6) and the start of (1) is smaller than the distance between (5) and (6). Here is one way to fix it
