No Other Problems, very good usage of finishes and good kat rhythms

Source, tags and letterbox in break is not consistent throughout all difficulties. Make sure all your tags are the same.
The source should be "Mikakunin de Shinkoukei", case sensitive. You also forgot to add the 'h' in 'Shinkoukei'.

Also, combo 2's colour doesn't look that good to me, try a lighter brown/beige to match the theme of the background. Just my suggestion~
You can copy paste the combo colours throughout the .osu files.

[Easy]
00:45:244 (1) - I think you should remove new combo here, it looks a bit out of place to me, even if you added it to match the vocal since the previous combo is already really short (only two notes). Also consider removing combo at 00:43:302 (1) - to make the combo longer, also there doesn't really have to be a combo here since nothing new occurs in the music/vocal. If you do this then I think it's fine to keep 00:45:244 (1) - as NC.

01:17:538 - consider adding a note here, I find that the silence/pause feels a bit awkward. Same here 01:23:538 -
Add a note and test it out a couple of times to see if it sounds any better, if not you can just keep it as it is.

01:28:126 (2) - consider having a new combo here to emphasize the ending of the song. If you're worried about the short combo on 01:27:420 (1) - , you can remove the combo there. It would then become (1)(2)(3)(4)(1).

To me the vocal here suggests an upward slider movement, so maybe you could curve this slider up. This isn't that significant though, just something that bothers me.

00:26:538 (2) - try curving this upwards. The reason I say this is because the vocal here dips down then back up, and by curving the slider upwards, you can match the vocal. Also more fun when you have curvy sliders:
01:05:008 (5) - this part doesn't feel right, try moving the start back to the white tick at 01:04:832 - . I find that this sounds better, you should test it to confirm. If you insist on keeping it the way it was before, I'd check the hitsounds out on the slider, maybe something doesn't sound right.

Something wrong with the tags: in the Insane one there's "TKSalt", while in all the others is "KSalt". Correct that.
In my opinion, 00:02:714, 00:05:538 and 00:08:361 should sound the same in every diff.

[Easy]
I think some long pauses could be a little too hard - it's easy to lose the song's time.
As that said, I would do these changes.
00:20:361 (1,2) - 2 repeats instead of 1 for both the slider + repositioning due to snap distance, like so:

00:35:538 - Add a circle
00:48:949 - Add a circle
01:17:538 - Add a circle
01:23:538 - Add a circle

Plus:
00:45:244 (3) - I would make start the new combo here instead of 00:45:773
00:47:891 (4) - ^ instead of 00:49:302

• an additional note at 00:22:744 - ? what is it for? the latest sounds (and it's a kick sound?) stop at 00:22:655 - . so automatically this note 00:22:744 - that you used doesn't follow any sounds. well i suggest to delete it - for the cymbal sound. this cymbal sound is prolongation slightly. its plays better imo :3

• how about don at 00:23:891 - to make a good dropping pitch sounds too from 00:23:185 - until 00:24:244 - with the balance notes (o o o o) >> http://puu.sh/7NLGi.png - nope. please listen again these dons. 00:24:244 (54,57,60,62,65) - just follow the bass drum sound.

• change 00:50:361 - to be don, to emphasize a kat for the vocal at 00:50:538 - . same like you did at 00:49:832 - and 00:50:008 - - i have follow the sound like maracas. plus, 00:50:008 (159,160) - these vocal sounds are almost same pitch.

• move 01:14:891 - and 01:17:714 - 1/2 backward. it sounds weird that you used xxxx-xx pattern at there. you used xxx notes at the previous part at 01:03:067 - ; 01:03:244 - ; 01:03:420 - - its an intentional pattern for not boring. also i dont think its weird xD

• changed 01:00:596 - and 01:00:773 - to be o o. i changed them to follow the drum hits from 00:59:891 - and the drum hits appears at all the white strikes, like at 01:00:244 - ; 01:00:596 - ; 01:00:949 - . it is much better if we follow that hits. you can see this - nope. 01:00:773 (274) - this point has a weak sound reliably. so here is don better. also i dont like the continuity of the same pattern like kkd kkd(except "fit very well").

• add a finisher too at 01:25:302 - if you add it too at 00:11:891 - to keep the consistency of the note (they have a same part of song and same pitch sounds too) - so i kept.

  5. 01:21:596 (402,403) - I focus on the usage of the kat on 00:11:891 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17) - ,you seems to follow the drum and vocal's accent,and 01:21:420 (401,402,403) - is similar with 00:12:596 (8,9,10) - ,so i think you can reverse it - sounds a bit weird to me because 01:21:773 (402) - there is the cymbal crash sound here.

• add a note (don) at 00:19:302 - . you used a note too at 00:13:655 - btw. so why don't you use a note too at 00:19:302 - ? :P

• from 00:50:008 - until 00:51:420 - i have a suggestion. << those notes will follow the vocals better too with the balance notes in 1/2 bsd (o o o o o o o o o). and it makes a good consistency of the notes too

• change 00:55:126 - and 00:55:479 - to be o and o. you can look the pattern after you change them. it's much better right with the balance notes. and it will keep the consistency much better too than the previous pattern that you used

• i don't really understand with a kat at 01:03:420 - . it looks like a strange pattern because of the kats. well, i just wanted to give a solution. move 01:03:508 - to 01:03:332 - and change 01:03:420 - to be don

• from 01:06:067 - until 01:06:420 - same like above

• change 01:10:655 - to be don. well i saw that you used o o o o pattern from 01:08:361 - . it's nice~ but why did i change 01:10:655 - to be don? well after i saw the next notes 01:10:832 - until 01:11:185 - which has o o o 1/2 notes at 01:10:832 - ; 01:11:008 - and 01:11:185 - that you didn't use o o o o pattern again, the previous note (just one note) should follow that pattern, i mean it should be o o o o o. and it comes back to o o o o pattern in the new beat at 01:11:185 -
