I don't know about 10 days. I've been going to the gym for a year now and I'm still really light, but I can one-rep bench 10 more than body weight so I'm not completely unsatisfied. The way I see it, getting shredded is the end goal but that's not all there is to fitness, it's about pushing your body to be capable of doing as much as it can, even if it's a small amount.

Alternatively, take tren :D

i wanted to make a similar thread yesterday but it seems like you already made one lol

well, i've been inspired by aireunaeus' morning route where he ran outside with one of his friend even if it was very cold. i did something similar yesterday but for like 20 minutes because it was snowing ;-;

currently focusing on ankle mobility rn since its winter and I can do that inside.

aside from bodyweight/dumbell exercises for the rest of my body this is what im doing to gain more dorsiflexion (toes up) and eversion (rotate away from centerline) flexibility/strength:

  1. Assisted pistol squats (just using something for balance)
  2. Sciatic nerve glides to loosen up the tissues surrounding the main leg nerve
  3. Deep squat holds/rocking and box ankle stretches to stretch the actual joint and progressively gain range of motion

I might need some of this, flexibility is quite overlooked.

I sometimes lift heavy batteries for my weekend job, love that I get to work out at least a little. Blue Collar has it's charm.

It's doable for a lot of heavy weight lifters, depending on the car.

Benching form felt great today, sadly had nobody to spot me so I didn't attempt a PR. I think it felt great because I learnt how to drop the bar onto my chest, as opposed to slowly bringing it down.

It has now been 2 months since I've trained legs.

I barely got back into working legs and abs .. I lost my big legs and abs because working legs and abs FUCKING sucks NOBODY likes doing it

Ensure your socks are good. My toenails were suffering yesterday bc of them even if the shoes I wore were comfortable.

I mean those arent completely mutually exclusive, and to have good endurance in your legs you still have to do some exercise involving legs, just with more volume and lower intensity.

I have skipped leg day for like 2 months, but that was to fix an imbalance, my upper body was a lot less built than my lower due to my sports. Caught up a bit more now, but still going easier on the leg exercises, good excuse to stay home and do calisthenics instead of going outside to below zero Fahrenheit weather. Starting to warm up to just above freezing though which is nice.

I mean those arent completely mutually exclusive, and to have good endurance in your legs you still have to do some exercise involving legs, just with more volume and lower intensity.

I have skipped leg day for like 2 months, but that was to fix an imbalance, my upper body was a lot less built than my lower due to my sports. Sure, but its better to avoid overtraining and I generally already had been doing about as much as I can so its easier to just ease up on my legs for a bit instead of just trying to do more all the time.

plus then I have more time for other things.
