Problem details: If I use Vsync as the frame limiter on the default D3D11 renderer, I get visible stutter every few seconds with video playing as background. I can't quite tell if it affects circles/sliders.
osu! version: Stable 20240102.2 (latest)
- Only happens on D3D11 at Vsync (not 2x or higher)
- Happens at 60Hz and 74Hz
- OpenGL and its Legacy options are fine with video at Vsync
- Intel UHD 630, Windows 10 21H2
