The title is the question I am asking for those who live in a cold climate. If your muscles are stiff due to the cold, and you can't perform well, what do you do in order to warm them up when playing mania?

To a GMT member, feel free to move this if it's in the wrong forum.

dunk them in warm water and/or stretch more

Play easy maps but follow the song the most you can, and gradually increase difficulty. Eventually you will get a good warmup. You can do what midgy said too.

I definitely consider these techniques more. I had stretched before (though I was inconsistent about it), and I could do the easier maps as mentioned.

If I wasn't lazy, then I'd say to do exercise/cardio wearing pants and a jumper to increase your core body temperature.
Haven't tried it, but I imagine it'll help.

Also, i sometimes i do some pushups, it helps a lot to warm my hands
