[Archived] Map appears as "Not submitted" when beatmap creator changes name

Problem details:
On this map. I noticed that the ranking listed "not submitted", and when I re-downloaded the map, the Mapper changed from "Wanko" to "Levi"

1st screenshot is file explorer
2nd screenshot is the january version
3rd screenshot is the december version(created november)

The maps owner had changed their username and simply updated the map, with the new username, before it was loved, so any version with the old username is outdated. And because the system (client) can't find their old username in relation to the maps ID it will show as not submitted.

Bumping because I believe this is a bug. Happened to me again when I tried uploading my own map but had to manually change creator with a txt file after changing my username since it did not recognize me as the creator.

Suggested fix: assign beatmap creator to user IDs instead of usernames and call a function to get username online using the ID

submit an issue to https://github.com/ppy/osu-stable-issues , since this doesnt happen on web this seems to be an issue with how stable interacts with username changes.
