So to provide context between October 2020 to April 2021 I played a lot as I was trying to improve quickly, I mainly played dt and mostly farm maps. At one point I noticed my hand tensing up a lot and decided to take a break for a few days, but when I came back all the stamina I had previously was gone. I thought I had injured myself even though I never felt any pain, just physically could not get my fingers to tap to even 2 star maps. So I quit the game until now out of frustration, upon returning I changed my playstyle completely, I taught myself how to alternate and stuck to low bpm maps that were around 3-5 min in length. I was just trying to build up my stamina again, my sessions were usually around 30 min to an hour long depending on how tired I felt that day. I never felt any pain and stopped right when I got tired, I thought it was going well but I haven't been back for even 2 weeks and the same issue is back again. I took a 3 day break and it didn't help whatsoever, at this point I'm kind of lost and am thinking about quitting permanently. I have tried tapping lighter, changing how I tap entirely, off loading stress to my other fingers (my pinky) and I'm out of ideas now. Not sure if anyone else has experienced anything like this, my right hand taps fine and my left hand has never had this issue in any other game. Not sure if I just have a weird mental thing but I'm pretty bummed and was wondering if anyone could help, sorry for the long post but I feel like providing some context could potentially help my identify the issue.
