In my optinion, stream section (https://osu.ppy.sh/p/live) should include flag counter. Why?
1) Some streamers are talking to viewers, so its harder to comunicate with streamer/viewer talking in foreign language
2) We can find some people in same country to cooperate and share idea based on on game

Regarding point #1, a flag counter wouldn't mean anything. Take this example: a stream is watched by 10 people from Spain and 10 Americans. Can you guess which language is used? And there is also the case of countries with multiple official languages (Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, etc.)?

The best practice here for the streamer is to explicitly put a description written in the language used in the stream, or at least the language code and/or the country.

Besides, does Twitch offer a flag counter in its API? Because it isn't osu!'s job to determine viewers' countries.

FLag counter would be used from account location. It would be based on streamer, not viewers.

number 1 makes no sense
number 2 most streams aren't streaming to communicate ideas - you go there to watch gameplay.

Obviously. People watch streams entirely for the gameplay, not the personality of the streamer or the interaction between them.

On a related note I don't see this working because Osu! profiles aren't linked with twitch profiles so it wouldn't be automatic and include everyone streaming. Second of all the streamer will 99.9% of the time use the language they are using in the title themselves.

If you did go there, because on the off chance the streamer isn't boring af, then click on it real fast and see what language they speak. How hard is that? I'm sure that's why low play youtube videos have tons of views right?
