Problem details:
As the title suggests, when the sound device is reconnected with DoubleTime in use, it changes from DoubleTime to Nightcore.

Can confirm that this does change the pitch of pishifat's voice when using DT vs NC, the difference is that the bass kick that is normally in NC does not appear when using DT. The pitching up of audio is constant in both.

Going to go ahead and make a ticket on the osu-stable-issues github for ya.
