Problem details:
My friend ACGEX created his account in 2012 and has been active in recent years, he used to be deranking and farm only skills. Last month he decided to start farming some pp and gained around 1500pp during November and December. Yesterday on 12/23 he suddenly got restricted for 6 months and he was claimed to have 'cheating behavior exists'. I heard that there was a 'ban wave' yesterday and he seems to have been implicated.
What can he do to get unbanned? He tried to contact with ppy but he only got responses saying that he has cheating behavior while he does not.
