Problem details:

for some reason i beat an osu mania map and then it said -1million rank. i checked my profile and saw that i had no rank and that i reset. PLEASE HELP

It looks like you haven't played for awhile. Just submit another score and everything should reappear. When you don't play for a long time (iirc 3 months) you will disappear from the rankings.
