✦ You can only vote if your account was created before 1st of July, 2023.
✦ You are not allowed to vote for yourself.
✦ Anyone with any country flag can vote.
✦ You are only allowed to vote for players who have at least 7255pp. This is the pp of the top 250th player in Singapore.
(pp value taken as of 19/12/2023 05:00)
✦ It's encouraged but optional to write 1 or 2 lines to describe your reason to vote for a player. (What are they good at, why did you vote for them?) It's also perfectly fine to just list 10 names.
✦ Same as 2022, Ranked choice voting will be used. This means the order of players in your vote is important!
✦ You have to vote for at least 10 players to ensure fairness and balance. You may choose to continue writing about 11th and below but it will not affect their ranking.
✦ Players who are ranked #11-30 in the osu! Singapore pp rankings as of 31st December 2023 23:59 UTC+8 will receive a reduction in the majority threshold needed to pass/win while players who are ranked #1-10 will receive an even further reduction.
✦ Please do not vote for inactive players. More details in FAQ below.
✦ Invalid players (inactive or troll votes) will be removed from your ranking. The rest of your vote will not be affected. Votes for yourself are considered invalid as well. More details in FAQ below.

Q: What counts as an inactive player?
A: Inactive players are players that have largely gone quiet for the most part in 2023, either not setting any noteworthy scores or not playing actively either in solo play or in tournaments.
Q: What is considered a troll vote?
A: Troll votes are votes that are blatantly disregarding the player skill and instead only voting for your friends, or votes that do not have 10 players in the list. Voting for banned or inactive players will be considered a troll vote. Voting for players that are not voted in by popular opinion, voting for players that are not high up the PP rankings, or the players that you voted for are ranked very differently compared to the popular opinion is not considered troll voting. If you feel that your list may be regarded as controversial, please do add some reasoning to your votes so that we know you are serious about your votes and are not just trolling.
Q: Will my entire vote be voided if I voted for an invalid player? (Inactive player, self votes, troll votes)
A: No. As we are using ranked choice voting this year, we are able to simply remove the invalid player from your vote without affecting the nature of the vote as a whole. This is however not an invitation to start voting for invalid players. If the staff agrees that your invalid vote was done in bad faith, we have the option to void your entire vote.
