- This is a 1v1 international tournament in osu!std. The gimmick for this tournament is that all maps will be at or below 190bpm.
- Matches will be played using ScoreV2.
- NoFail is a required mod on every map.
- Qualifier stage will be held first; followed by a round of 32 bracket stage.
- Matches in Round of 32 and round of 16 will be best of 9 with one ban per player.
- Quarterfinals and semifinals will be best of 11 with two bans per player.
- Finals and grand finals will be best of 13 with two bans per player.
- Matches will be held in UTC. The current time in UTC is displayed on the main sheet.
- Matches must be played prior to 0 UTC TUESDAY of their respective week. In the event the match is not played prior to this time, the higher seeded player will win the match by default.
- RESCHEDULES MUST BE MADE BEFORE 0:00 UTC SATURDAY for any stage of the bracket. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

- BWS will be applied using the formula rank ^ (0.9937 ^ (badges ^ 2)).
- All participants must join the Discord server or their registration will be void.
- Before the start of round of 32, osu! tournament staff will screen the player list.
- Registrations will close at 0 UTC on December 22nd.
- Qualifiers will be played prior to MONDAY, JANUARY 8TH at 12 UTC. Anyone who does not play qualifiers prior to this point will be forfeit from the tournament.
