Reading and aim, how do they relate to each other?

for quite some time now I'm playing with easy mod for fun but I've noticed that even if I can read +5* with easy pretty ok, I'm not as good at actually clicking on the circles themselves, like for example trying to hit jumps I will just randomly over/undershoot the circle and not by a small amount.

Is aim on low ar something that you just need to learn again or are there any other factors included with actually playing easy on higher star ratings?

if you can read a map, it means that you perfectly understand where and when to aim in order to FC the map

if you can aim a map, it means that you can hit (almost) all the circles and sliders without thinking too hard

they are related because if you want to be good at reading, you need to be good at aiming too otherwise it won't really work. you can also be very good at aiming and bad at reading, it works both ways

TL:DR play more ez to be good at both skillsets

EZ is a peculiar mod in osu

Low AR and Low OD while in theory is great, good luck trying to hit 99 circles at once on your screen. It forces you to 'plan' your aiming ahead of time and really listen the music, to the beat while your visual is all fucked up.

Aim and Reading is interconnected. Aim with no read will result in B acc range FC while Read no aim will result in S range acc choke.

If you genuinely find AR <8 and EZ to be enjoyable, go ahead do the play more! IF not then you can stick with masering finger control. My tips for EZ is as follows:
• Find a good EZ skin. Numberless and one colour if you're extra masochistic
• DT farm maps are good EZ practice!
• Lower your star range by 1* of anything you can do on NM
