Witcher 3,persona 5 if u don't mind stylised graphics (4 is better but technically worse graphically), Baldurs gate looks nice, also dragons dogma 1 is cool too

- Operation Harsh Doorstop
- PC Building Simulator (Good plot too)
- Asseto Corsa (My racing sim of choice)
- Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection
- Rigs of Rods (This was before BeamNG Drive)

also if ur looking for plot games try blue archive, the graphics are great as well and u can get pretty far into the story without actually playing the game, i love blue archive's story so much
