Problem details: Freshly installed osu! from home/download using this link https://m1.ppy.sh/r/osu!install.exe Install completes and after launching game and signing in the message (Bancho connection failed:your copy of osu! is to old and needs to be updated before on-line play is possible)
I ran osu repair and it said I was using the newest version.
Used repair tool to switch to both Cutting edge and Beta branches and same message was shown when attempting to sign-in.
Is it not possible to play osu! using the non lazer client now?
I did verify my installed version shows as 20231121.5 from three days ago.
