Problem details:
Hey. I'm having some trouble with osu! Bancho "Nearby" filter. A filter that shows users near you. As far as I know it depends on your IP. For me it used to work correctly before, like two weeks ago or earlier. It showed nearby users, from my country, my city and my timezone. Recently it broke. Now it shows shows people from all over the world. It shows people from other countries, other time zones. I don't think that's the way it's supposed to work.
I don't use any VPN/proxy. My IP address is in Russia.
I asked people, at least two people from Russia have the same problem recently.
Maybe it has something to do with Russian internet restrictions? I don't know. Does this filter work correctly for you guys?
