Problem details:
I start my Osu up and it's just a black screen. I've tried compatibility mode and admin permission and it used to work but now it doesn't.

try what this user did first then move on to the other suggestions: community/forums/topics/1844000?n=1

Have you made sure that your graphics drivers are up to date?

Did this issue start happening after a update to your graphics drivers? If so, you might need to rollback or change the driver update to something else.
