Is there a law of diminishing returns when it comes to number of referrals? I had 20 invites to hand out, but I've heard other numbers as well.

Well... I can see someone switching from his hotmail to, for example, a gmail.
But wave is email2.0 but you don't SWITCH to it. It's something new that people will be using along with their emails I beleive.
