Problem details:
so this happened recently from around 2weeks when i start playing osu it takes around 3min to connect to bancho bot but this isn't the problem , the problem is when i try to download any beatmap from the site it downloads with exteremly slow speed like 20kb , and btw the problem not with my internet it normal download files with 4mb speed. but this only happen when i try to download beatmaps , if i downloaded packs it downloads normally with 3mb.
