I'm on around 4.5-5 star maps but I'm stuck on long notes they just kill my accuracy. Any tips or practice maps that can help?

Honestly just have to play them more.
You could start with just the simple low star coordination packs and build up the difficulty.
After that, just try experiencing random LN maps. That was the only way I improved on them myself.

Try what wimpy said but don't push yourself to it too much if you don't want. Most times when i improve at ln i wasn't even trying or was coming back after a break.
