[Archived] my score didnt overwrite my old one

Problem details:
so yesterday i beat my own record with hidden i got 800k more points than my best play before but it just wouldnt connect to Bancho so i restarted osu and after some while it finally connected but my play wasnt overwritten or sum cuz it still shows my old one as my best in the global ranking and i didnt get any pp so i really dont know what to do

Scores are only submitted in the same session as they're made, closing the game ends the session.
If you encounter something like this the best solution is to wait until the connection to the server is stable again.

This happened to me too, the thing is that I didn't close the game while playing, and it did detect the score and was placed over the old one, but it displays the old one.
