[Archived] Freezes in osu when I move the mouse

Hi everybody. I have a problem. When I start playing (move the mouse), my fps drops sharply and friezes appear. Is there any way to get rid of this strange problem?
I have reset the settings set on the m2 SSD.

ryzen 5 2600 (stock)
RTX 2060 6 GB (stock)
hyperx fury 16GB DDR4 3400 (16-18-18-36)
The game is installed on sata ssd 480gb KINGSTON

due to the processor and the fact that it heats up to 70 degrees in the osu, this is normal, since I have a box cooler that works very quietly.

What mouse do you use? What is the polling rate of the mouse? Try lowering it and see if it solves the issue

Thanks for the answer, it almost helped me. The mouse worked at a frequency of 1000 Hz, but when I lowered the polling frequency to 125-250 Hz, there were no freezes, and the graph was smooth. I can't say that it somehow affected the convenience, but the friezes are gone.
But as soon as I set 500hz or 1000hz the friezes appear again
