In terms of song length, there is no limit, the only limiting factor is the size of the map since it can not exceed 100MB.

With the 100MB limit in mind, I'd assume at least ~2 hours?

Considering that the longest beatmap (Called Licht or whatever) is like about an hour and 11 minutes, I can agree with this.
