Well I need to keep up with friends playing osu! , but I always have to go out and be away from my computer . I tried to use the web chat in http://osu.ppy.sh/p/chat <=web chat , but it lagged ( I can't even restart my phone !!) ! Can anyone make a web chat app for andriod ?

There are IRC apps around google play.
I used AndChat a few times and it's quite good
