[resolved] Cursor delay

Problem details: Pretty self-explanatory, whenever I move my cursor, it feels 20-50ms delayed. I'm not sure why, sometimes it fixes itself and theres no longer any delay, but most of the time I'm getting this problem. I play with a tablet if it has anything to do with the problems (driver issues idk)

osu! version: Stable 20230814.2 (latest)

on mouse i feel no delay in my cursor. ive tried reinstalling my drivers but they didnt fix the issue at hand

I remember i had this problem a year back but i forgot how i fixed it

( here are some ideas though

1. Try out Raw input
2. Try opening task manager and close any program that is using lots of ram/cpu
3. If none of these work, try out the stuff listed here: wiki/en/Performance_troubleshooting

Check if you have a smoothing filter on.
