What else could there be to do for getting your next ranked map(s) after your first one ever?

Just want to know how hard it is to get ranked maps after your first one, what it's like to get your second one and subsequent ones after that, etc. (Ofc I think ranked mappers would have the best knowledge in answering this question.)

nothing about the process changes, u just get the map ready and find bns

the effort you have to put into ranking each map will vary based on the approachability of the map, the selection of open bns at the moment, etc
