Problem details:
The difficulty levels of a song are divided in the song selection screen

The difficulties are using different BPM values (1.1x, 1.2x, 1.3x, 1.4x), since you're using the "BPM" filter (top right corner) it lists them in different spots according to their BPM.
If you to have them grouped set the Sort filter to anything else (like "Title" or "Artist" for example).

The BPM of the selected difficulty is visible in the top left corner.
